Typical scope of work includes the following:
- Site visit/meeting to discuss project scope and confirm existing conditions.
- Identification of existing conditions within the space (or site related) that may affect the overall development or use of the space.
- Photographic documentation of existing conditions.
- Production of a Schematic Design Package for review and approval by the client.
- Based on the approved design; Construction documents would be prepared in a single package to fully document the required work. These documents would be sufficient to obtain a building permit and adequate for construction. The time frame for completion of the Construction Documents for bid and/or initial permit submission depended on the schedule of various approvals by the client.

Architectural and Engineering services required a new Training Facility to be located at Waters and Benjamin Road in Hillsborough County, Florida. The building scope consists of a new 15,000 square foot two (2) story, multiple-bay structure with steel framing and CMU bearing walls on standard spread footings. The exterior design of the building was based on the owner approved elevation studies for the new facility.
